I’ve been thoroughly sucked into TikTok, y’all. There are so many great videos there! So far I’ve gone deep into Hamilton TikTok, Book TikTok, Disney TikTok, hair TikTok, baking TikTok…the list goes on. I’ve laughed out loud at dog and cat videos, been propelled towards research from political videos, and so many of the songs are stuck in my head.

So after a month of viewing such great content, I couldn’t help but be inspired to make my own.

Y’all know I’ve been deeply obsessed with all things Hamilton since it aired on Disney+ back in July, and I’ve become frustrated by our political world, and seeing politicians continue to push forward oppressive policies and ignore massive issues their constituents are facing. This all lent itself rather nicely into a Hamilton adaptation for our current times.
