In case you haven’t heard, Reviews.org is looking for someone to review 30 Disney+ shows/movies in 30 days. Clearly I’m the person for this task, as I’v obviously going to be watching something  from Disney+ every day anyway, and I have all this Disney knowledge stuck in my brain that I just have to share with the world.

Part of the application process for this dream of a job is making a video reviewing your favorite Disney movie. How am I supposed to pick just one!? I’m crossing my fingers and hoping and praying they realize I do know how to follow directions, despite this video which is essentially an homage to all the Disney things, ever. Instead of picking just one movie, which I obviously couldn’t do (can’t be hurting anyone’s feelings now, can I?!),  I shared about some of my favorite Disney films and how it is the characters, these flawed leaders we get to learn and grow alongside, that make Disney films special. I shared how each of these characters from my favorite films have impacted my life (from Dumbo having me join the circus to Pocahontas inspiring me to climb a waterfall to Belle, who gave me the courage to seek these adventures out). While I’m not technically reviewing one film, I am reviewing how these characters can change our lives. That’s what a truly great film does, right? It changes how you see the world and how you act in it.
